Orbital rim implant vs fat grafting?

I have not looked much into it, but the idea of a piece of plastic in me still drives me nuts, so can fat grafting yield similar results?

Orpy doesn't seem to have the most forward grown orbitals but good fat padding under his eyes, id be suffice if I could replicate that even though actual orbital mass is more ideal

or am i mistaken?

I want to fix some of the hollowness under my eyes, and maybe with some luck lift the lower lids a bit, though I dont think thats how it works... Guess lower lid retraction is needed for that...

If i needed a lefort 3, I would get one, but implants anywhere just fucking, idk man

Not an expert, but since there's no replies here's my opinion:
Orbital rim implants obviously mog, but they are a quite pricy piece of plastic near your eye, whereas fat is still decent, if your orbitals aren't severely recessed, and it's affordable

true, but again ill cut my bones as much as needed, i dont really need any sort of implant besides orbital rims
