If that's you on your pfp fuck the orbital rims, get double jaw surgery then we can talk about them.

But answering your question directly, yes, it does appear you have recessed orbitals, this isn't unexpected either considering your maxilla is recessed and by extension your whole mid-face.

Bonesmashing DOES NOT WORK, your only option here is getting appropriate orbital rim implants. And even if it did work, the last thing I'd consider is hitting my eye area.

Bonesmashing is cope, the only improvements you'll get will be localized inflammation. Wolff's law is a real medical phenomenon, but it cannot be properly leveraged to cause the result bonesmashers want, a very shaky hypothesis with faulty logic based on a mechanism they don't even understand.
