Are Orbs Curtains actually a looksmax?

It always depends. Some people will look like a retard with curtains and would benefit with shorter hair, while for others it would be the exact opposite. Depends on other factors like facial structure etc.

The hard part is to get it the way he has it in that pic, I haven't found a solid and constant hair routine for it yet but if I get it similar it halos my face pretty hard tbh

Depends on the face. Obviously it suits him insanely well, it's also part of what makes this dude so pleasant to look at along with his eye area and pheno.
