@Orc
they didn't change they were tucked back in the first pick due to a muscular imbalance, developing the front pulled them back in a neutral position and my scapular positioning also changed completely.how the fuck did his clavicles change that much
sure I believe uthey didn't change they were tucked back in the first pick due to a muscular imbalance, developing the front pulled them back in a neutral position and my scapular positioning also changed completely.

that change happened pretty quickly, this was a few months into working out.
you can already tell by the length of my traps that my clavicles are pretty long.

6'2 210 lbs. What is your current height/weight and if you know bideltoid?
Thats huge. Would u say that its worth focusing on delts over chest during push lifts? My side and rear delts are ahead of front delts (especially unpumped) as i fell for ''front delts gets enough stimulus from chest presses bro'' meme. I feel like dominant delts with weaker chest is fine, much better than the opposite.6'2 210 lbs.

here unfrauded laying down on my back, my pillow is around 66 cm probably wider.
I don't train bench and overhead press on the same day because they interfere with each-other, both are worth doing though, also incline bench is better than flat bench because nobodies lower chest lags anyway.Thats huge. Im doing push pull legs and i usually did 6 sets of chest (usually incline dumbell folowed by some machines but sometimes it was different), 4 sets of front delt pressing, 5 sets of lateralls and 5 sets of tris. That twice a week. Im thinking about starting with overhead pressing first and then doing chest on just machines. Im not doing any rear delt isolation and despite that its the most developed of 3 delt heads. I guess rows are enough.I don't train bench and overhead press on the same day because they interfere with each-other, both are worth doing though, also incline bench is better than flat bench because nobodies lower chest lags anyway.
I don't like chest dominant bodies either.
I separate my overhead presses from my incline bench presses by like two days to make sure the muscle is 100% when I do it because I don't want either of these lifts to suffer while I try to progress the other.Im doing push pull legs and i usually did 6 sets of chest (usually incline dumbell folowed by some machines but sometimes it was different), 4 sets of front delt pressing, 5 sets of lateralls and 5 sets of tris. You can Isolate rear delts with high elbow rows with protracted backI separate my overhead presses from my incline bench presses by like two days to make sure the muscle is 100% when I do it because I don't want either of these lifts to suffer while I try to progress the other.
you can't really isolate rear delts, every rear delt movement is some kind of row motion pretty much.
If hypertrophy was the goal how would u change ur split?I separate my overhead presses from my incline bench presses by like two days to make sure the muscle is 100% when I do it because I don't want either of these lifts to suffer while I try to progress the other.

I just did regular rows and they grew very well. On the other hand my front delts are lagging which apparently its the opposite of most peopleYou can Isolate rear delts with high elbow rows with protracted back
that's not isolation, you're doing a row.You can Isolate rear delts with high elbow rows with protracted back
i'd spread the same shit over more days.If hypertrophy was the goal how would u change ur split?
Ye you can grow them fairly well without isolation, but it is not difficult to isolate them imo.I just did regular rows and they grew very well. On the other hand my front delts are lagging which apparently its the opposite of most people
I do them mostly with partials towards the stretched posiiton and its basically only rear delt.that's not isolation, you're doing a row.
there's many muscles involved with those.
i'd spread the same shit over more days.
I date mix girls because they're better in bed.@Orc You ever wanna turn into a BBC slut?
Makes sense, I would assume ur GVT style's main flaw would be not stimulating MPS consistently.that's not isolation, you're doing a row.
there's many muscles involved with those.

But ideal is masc blonde rightI date mix girls because they're better in bed.
damn i think chest dominant physiques are hella nice espescially if you got a good wide upper body like arnoldI don't train bench and overhead press on the same day because they interfere with each-other, both are worth doing though, also incline bench is better than flat bench because nobodies lower chest lags anyway.
I don't like chest dominant bodies either.
would you agree that your former physique fits the femalegaze more, especially in this era of artificially altered endocrines thanks to birth control?View attachment 2711253

Also have u noticed any frame (bone) growth throughout your 20s? Or is it preety much done deal once u hit early 20sthat's not isolation, you're doing a row.

only for reproduction. But ideal is masc blonde right
I don't like how arnold looks, or any other 'large' bodybuilder for that matter.damn i think chest dominant physiques are hella nice espescially if you got a good wide upper body like arnold
it doesn't matter, you won't ever be disqualified over having too much muscle if they're already into you.would you agree that your former physique fits the femalegaze more, especially in this era of artificially altered endocrines thanks to birth control?
my face grew until my late twenties and my elbow and knee joint got thicker. Also have u noticed any frame (bone) growth throughout your 20s? Or is it preety much done deal once u hit early 20s
No, I mean a BBC slut, you turning into oneI date mix girls because they're better in bed.
i mean what is the ideal physique delt dominant physiques are pretty ass imo, MPMD for example looks kinda cartoony, and if you have super wide clavicles you almost always have a large waist but ethan nguyen would be rare exception. This is more male gaze female gaze is like way less extremeonly for reproduction.
