No I do not plan to use aromatize inhibitor it’s not needed when you use trt dosage
I have a friend who also is on trt 4 months 250mg he doesn’t need ai
Only if you use 500mg or something

250mg is not trt lol, thats way above whats humanly possible to produce
id suggest using a bit of aromasin tbh, cant hurt and it will raise your IGF-1 levels and test levels a bit more

It all depends on your SHBG. Some people get to very high above the reference range free t levels, with only 100-125mg per week. Others need 150-200mg for the same levels. Its all about conversion.
