i dont really look fat, but cutting fat would help me a LOT. 2mg of sema a week didnt do shit for me, but that may have been because the ozempic pens were old as fuck and werent refrigerated for a while. who knows

You could use metformin,i use it myself and i notice possibly slightly supressed apetite but not really much,but my appetite and energy is nore stable and it has proven lipid and insulin sensitivity benefits but not to the degree of reta due to its strengt but its definitely there

nah, doing daily micro injections of reta wouldnt like "soften" the appetite suppression. reta has an ~8 day half-life, so basically every injection just stacks on top of the previous ones. the receptor occupancy stays high no matter what. appetite suppression with glp-1 based agonists isnt about peaks, its about sustained activation, and reta keeps the receptors engaged for days

the metabolic benefits youre thinking about like improved insulin sensitivity, better lipid handling, reduced hepatic fat etc, they come from the same signaling axes that also reduce appetite (mainly glp-1, but gip + glucagon contribute)

you cant really separate them by changing the dosing frequency. daily dosing would literally just increase total exposure and probably make the anorectic effect even stronger

if the goal is "i want the insulin sensitivity + lipid improvements but i don’t want the insane appetite suppression" the only things that could work are:

-lowering total weekly dose
-increasing gap between doses (like every 10-14 days so the trough actually drops)
-or switching to something with weaker glp-1 bias (since thats the recepter that will nuke appetite the hardest)

daily dosing doesnt fix it. it just makes it smoother nausea wise, but the appetite effect stays fully there because the receptor is basically never getting a break
