Do you know how much is in your tab? Usually they're about 100-125ug. My first time I took 200ug and went into psychosis/delirium.Theoretically you should be fine with one tab, but if you wanna be safe take 3/4 of the tab and redose 90-120 minutes later with what's left if it's too light.
