15 drops per day Vit K-2 MK-4 drops without Vitamin D

I think put it into a spoon and ate it midway through eating a decent sized meal with some sat far in it

It's an Aromatase inhibitor, increasing Testosterone, it increases osteogensis so massssssive bone gain (didn't. Notice it cuz did it for only 1 month), lowers PTH, helps Calcium balance. It's neccessy if you eat a lot of Calcium or supplement Vitamin D

Quite the contrary for me, on amazon I get fucking 70 dollars shipping jfl, on ebay I can find free shipping and if I gotta pay it’s around 10 dollars max, amazon is very good if you are from america

I've been on MK677 for 2 months

Pros:
-good sleep
-good skin/hair
-decent recovery from gym

Cons:
-lethargic all the time
-bloated af
-hungry all the time

I would say it's not worth it to cycle on its own. If you're going to cycle an actually sarm like rad140 or LGD I think it would be 100% worth it to take to help get your calories up (hunger) and to negate some negative side effects from the sarm (like hair loss). Other than that...it's alright I guess.
