Ordered UC Today. Gonna Start in 2 weeks (need help)

Just ordered my UC 3-1 device today. Should arrive in 2 weeks.

Any recommendations and tips you guys could give?

I'm lean and still have stubborn fat on my face, but I have a great bonestructure, cheekbones and jaw.

I hope this is what is gonna make it all pop.

Also losing facial fat could make my my ipd and PFL to look better.

I would say do it once every 3-4 days drink like 1 litre water before and start with rf for like 10 mins each side then go onto the uc 5 mins after the rf

yo slightly off topic the results def kicked in, I look way better now it's been godsent, I still have some subq fat and malar fat I wanna get rid of tho so I'm def blasting UC, alr ordered it almost 2 weeks ago so should get here any day now, how'd you choose between aqualyx and UC? been a bit of a hard choice for me but I think UC will all around get rid of all the fat simultaneously so prolly doing that.

I got the 40k but I heard it goes away.

And I will do only like 5 mins per cheek at the time. and blow my cheeks aswell as tapping my bones so there is no conduction. will use airpods as well. i may also just use my figers to lift my cheeks from the inside

I have 80k machine which is alot quieter, and even on power 3, its loud asf if you dont blow ur cheeks. Trust me when u first start its scary as fuck but you get use to it. It gets louder when u get closer to your bones. I can see how people can get use to it over time. But 40k machine will literally blast ur ear drums im so deadss

Radio frequency. Ah nice man which device you get the 3 in 1 comes with RF. RF can greatly improve fat disruption but also helps with lymphatic draignage and collagen production.

From What I have seen online UC + RF boost results.

And I did more research today but it is actually better to do RF after cavitation.

But you dont need RF it can just help.

But either way the vibrations kinda conduct the noise. Let me knwo hwo it goes.

Either way people doing 20 mins per cheek is crazy. Usually proffesionals do 20 mins per large area. So I would say 3-5 mins is more then enought for the cheeks.

Also I dont think I will be puffing my cheeks I think I will use my fingers to push my cheeks out from the inside of my mouth if that makes sense. I feel like this would be more efficient.

So I think to combat this I will not be doing more than 5 mins per cheek. As 15 min is suppose to be for a large area.

So because of this lower duration less drainage will have to occur, so I will be doing it every 2 days max.

Im starting today, so will try for 10 mins if I really cant handle it, I will do as I have just mentioned.

nah the guy was right, it's likely impossible to use the 40k without losing some degree of hearing it was unbearable, I did everything, puffed my cheeks, taped off the bone and even tried cotton inside my mouth to further block bone but nothing rlly helped, I ended my session super early and decided to order an 80k freyara as I heard the noise isn't nearly as bad bcs it's higher pitched noise we can't hear, gonna have to wait until that ships to me i guess

Hey Yes of course, my UC device is a 3 in one so it has 2 RF heads aswell.

After doing a lot of research most studies looking at UC and RF noticed that fat disolving works best wehn these too are combined.

It is a good way to tighten skin too which can add definition to your face.

Mirin the motivation but this is just bad advice and not even comparable.. there's genuinely no flaw to having "too much money" but there is a potential flaw to nuking fat because fat is good in some areas of the face and having a face too lean can often make you look malnourished.

It's the same as if I said that I don't want to go hard and all in with the gym because I'm scared of looking too muscular. What are the chances I'll "accidentally" get too muscular ?

Depends on what u want, might make u look better now but will cause you to age prematurely when you get older as the malar fat pad keeps your skin in place, fat moves down with age and generally the more fat you have in upper face the more youthfull you will look, (less skin sagging) so i only advice to target the lower parts (below cheekbone)
