Ordered UC Today. Gonna Start in 2 weeks (need help)

Depends on what u want, might make u look better now but will cause you to age prematurely when you get older as the malar fat pad keeps your skin in place, fat moves down with age and generally the more fat you have in upper face the more youthfull you will look, (less skin sagging) so i only advice to target the lower parts (below cheekbone)
Gotcha, thanks yea I did do a short 4 min on each malar cheek today with 80k but tbh i dont think my malar is too bad, I'll just stick to under the cheekbone for future sessions as I make them longer

I've read less malar fat pad could be good for nasolabial folds? Because the fat pads are too much for the collagen or whatever to hold up so that it sags down. However if you remove that fat, it's possible there will be less nasolabial folds.

Tried this a few days ago its a pretty good strat, is it normal to have slight burns after sessions on the cheeks? Also I'm probably gonna try smiling while doing it for a few malar fat sessions ya'll think that's a good idea?
I do have burns it seems cometimes, like tiny spots where the skin broke a little. Face also peels, and now I have some hyperpigmentation from it which is a bummer. But last session I had less face peeling after, I also moisturized a lot lot more. So either my skin got used to it or the extra moisturizer helped.

I think I am noticing my face getting slimmer. Hard to tell so far. Have done it 5 times, power ramping up to 7 bars, using 40k. About 2 weeks in

I would say do it once every 3-4 days drink like 1 litre water before and start with rf for like 10 mins each side then go onto the uc 5 mins after the rf

From my understanding its actually the opposite, if you remove the fat in the malar region, the skin is no longer being held up, so it will sagg down, and u got labial folds, which makes the most sense, also people who have had uc done by some retarted clinic that dunno what they are doing, ive read countless of stories of people regretting getting treatment because they say they have aged a lot, (cuz the clinics just spam treatment all over the face) keep all the fat in the upper parts and back of your face, below cheekbone, hyoid area are safe, and keep nuking fat that drops down as you age to stay sharp af. If you wanna get rid of those folds look into dermarolling + red light therapy combo

Hey could you recomend the settings to start with for caviation and how much I should increase each session? As well as what settings you recomend/use for RF. Ill attack photos of what each looks like so you can see.

Mode C and power 2. Although not a big difference from power 2-6. 7 was starting to zap me a bit
what settings do you use for rf and how much do you increase the power each session with uc?

I think 2 past whatever middle is for rf gets a bit too hot. I’m just not sure with rf so I stopped doing it. For UC I bump it up 1-2 each time, now at 7

Rf about 4/5 bars anything else is too hot, start uc with also 1 or 2 Strentgh get familair with the device and techniques untill you feel comfortable going up for me after 3 sessions im going max power now cuz im not nervous anymore, aim for results over time slowly work your way up to whatever you feel comfortable with, dont rush it im also using mode C always

Im getting it too

Seemed to get better but I am doing it so often hard to tell. But over a bigger time period like weeks instead of days I'm sure it will be fine. Can use something like thiamidol or koji acid to trry and get less hyperpigmentation.

i think you should keep doing rf, just when it gets too hot take breaks, RF is for skin tightening as well which is great to combine with UC as your face loses face fat and volume RF prevents any sort of sagginess or sagging in the midface from that fat loss, it's why it comes in the UC machine 3 in 1 deal

edit: when it gets too hot just apply more ultrasound gel to your face, works for me

Which mode do you use? It’s weird because it will feel not that hot at all but then all of a sudden it gets super hot out of nowhere. I use a lot of gel and it helps some but not when this happens. How much power are you using?

Have you used it? It's very subtle each time, just need to not have face dysmorphia. Worst case I think you can just eat a lot to regain the fat.

Nah its will leave scares but its hard to over do it like Togi just do it under supervision or do your research

I just use power 2 RF, and yea i get what u mean ngl first time it rlly threw me off, u can just make the rf sessions shorter i do like 4-6 minutes on each cheek, helps with lymphatic drainage too a lil

yea ur right u gotta do it less often than UC but a few times a month is ok for at home deviced like 2-4 times a month
 
yo, has anyone had bad side affects? and do you have a youtube video or sum shit to watch how to do it carefully? i cant find shit online
 
I mean if you really want to be cautious about this, you can just blast for a week, and chill for a week, that way you can just observe your face and see whats up.

I have started getting resultss but im only on my 4th session.

Some people say you can expect good noticeable changes after the 10th session.

Im on a holiday right now but im gonna do my 5th session in a week or so.

But also i do like 6 mins UC on each cheek. So i might do 15 session or so.

For RF. I will continue doing it indefinitely.

I do think my skin got quite a bit tighter from that.

I do malar area a bit too. Then i really focus on it with RF. Which many people have gitten good results from it

I took a 1 week break so far cause im on holidays. It does definitely fade. I also use VIT C serum so that could expedite the results
