This is what my heightmaxxing set up is gonna look like (17y 0m, 5’8” morning height)
Adding:
6.25 mg daily aromasin from American Research Lab .net
25 mg daily MK-677 from HQ SARMS.
(Are these decent sources? Cheapest I could find.)
Already have:
90 mcg K2 + 5000 IU D3
+ 3x weekly 8x 30s sprints w/ 90 seconds off
Dead hang, stretching, mountain pose 30s-1min each.
Yeah yeah, whatever. Stretching is cope. But I literally do not care. I’m not leaving anything on the table.
These are the two I can afford right now, coming out to about $80 for me. Might throw in some beberine as well, but also on ashwaganda atm.
@enchanted_elixir I mostly consulted your threads and heightmaxxing advice for this, what do you think?
