Yeah especially when you have a hard time getting the right amount of protein in your diet. I eat around 120g daily on average

Just lower the carbs man. Like I can’t consume 50g of carbs in one sitting and feel okay. But for protein, I can eat 25g E3H (every 3 hours)

Just had carbs fill soup on top of heat and passed out half of today

Today didn’t start out well since morning due to bad hydration + heat wave in Europe

Slow standing I make sure I do it in 3 seconds.

I often feel worse when I am not hydrating so I take a large glass of water to bed just in case I wake up thirsty.

I get up take a multivitamin on an empty stomach then eat something light

Yes but after few mins I get dizzy even jusy sitting
