is the diff beteen 2.5 and 5 that much?
it kinda is tbh i was never on 2.5 started with 5mgs and there were sometimes that i would get out of bed and feel very light headed almost collapsed one time
and also the heart feels a little off
yea i would reccomend to take it with a meal that has sm fats whether its breakfast or lunch wtv

Been on it for 28 days now and the differences are crazy in lashes and hair growth. I take 2.5mg before bed for reduced bloating throughout the day. Mix with aldosterone inhibitors and basically no bloat

I personally don’t need to take aldosterone inhibitors but they are insane lifefuel. I take 75mg eplerenone a.m. and take minox 2.5mg p.m. both ED. Minoxidil bloat is real but taken pm it’s not a huge deal
