0.25 ans 0.5 don't exist

highest u could get is 0.2 but its rare

u mean 0.025 and 0.05

and truth be told you should start with 0.05 (the median)

if its irritating go to 0.025

if its not enough go to 0.1 (it will irritate the shit out of u)

apply it at night after cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser (i recommend Cetaphil or cerave)
you don't need anything additional to apply it, but to prevent irritation use AM and PM moisturizer. this will maintain your TEWL.
right now im in 0.1 gel and its working wonderfully, but it makes my face a bit red ngl

look for india mart tret. they come under the form of cream (0.05) or gel (0.1) and are sold by indian companies like menarini. the quantity is usually between 20 and 25 g
