Dear members yesterday i purposed you with some thing
today let me clarify it how it will work
for each sub forum expect for ban appeal , botb , suggestions and language section there will be top 5 members and 15 members working below them
so what we will do is constantly work on shift or be constantly surface forum
if a members find out there is shit post he will tag other members after this the other member will tag every one and so on
after finding shitpost the members will inject the post or thread with : ugh : emoji
post like that include
1 or two line post for rep farm which is illogical
ai slop
rage bait (unwanted )
porn threads
this will create quality in offtopic
1 or 2 line thread is good if it has reasoning
if the members find any good post they will give it positive feed back and actually interact with if it has high effort but has wrong info the member will try to correct it and give advice to thread maker to do this and that shit and actually help people who share their struggle
and give equal treatment to both grey's and oldcel
for looksmaxx and looksmaxx question members will do the same
slop guide ( heavy ai + slop info + exetremly water + dangerous info ) --> inject with ugh and dnr
slop question --> inject with ugh and that its props a tiktokcel so inject so much ugh that he will leave the forum
if the thread is high effort but wrong info correct them and give a positive feed back and treat every one equally

as for rating section give them high quality and honest rate if they reject it and think they are more good looking than the rate make so that they leave the forum via lower dopamine than baseline
and if a guy really needs help help them
this will cause they new low iq normies to go out of forum and tell their low iq friends not not join
same goes for money maxxing
THE MAIN 5 MEMBERS NEED TO POST HIGH QUALITY THREAD IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SECTION ONCE IN A WHILE MAY BE LIKE 1 0R 2 TIMES A MONTH OR 2 MONTH YOU GET IT OTHER MEMBER CAN ALSO POST

as per the member will have this a their signature and can choose any color their choice and no any other bs they will know they are in order and do their work
