Well, not ethnically. Only Bedouins are ethnic Arabs, I think. But I was saying how it is technically speaking. Arabic is first and foremost a linguistic group, but most people don't know this either.

I don't have such a thing, because it doesn't make sense. All measures of any kind must and are taken, it's just that the percentage ratio in which they happen differs from one country to another
