I would Say liver but the organs here are very cheap like you could get 500g liver for 25kr or like 2,5€

Both are great imo. I love raw organs of all sort and they satiate me more than anything else over days. I have tried lung, liver, heart, intestinal fat and kidney raw. I love it so much. Liver is the best.
