I'm still considering either option, Thursday I will have a consult with Pagnoni about rim implants, but I think I might need decompression first. Ye, I know it decreases IPD, but that's fine for me actually, bcuz my eyes are too big for my face.
Luckily from the front, it doesn't look that bad, except for my terrible undereye area. Friday I will try out a standard HA filler.

I don’t see why OD would have to come before implants, they’re operating in different places. Ask your surgeon about that.

What’s your current ESR, IPD, PFL and ICD?

0.48, 6.3, 2.8, 3.0

Its more that I probably cant afford both in the short term. So I want to get one now, which will improve me the most.

You’d likely go down to 61mm IPD with a balanced OD based on this study, which would put you on 0.465 ESR, practically ideal. As well as more deep set eyes by 4-5mm.

Though you should also consider whether it would be more harmonic to put lateral zygo implants to improve ESR as 132mm is a really narrow face I think.

Zygo extension of an infra-malar implant? Ye I will definitely do that, though I have a small face/head in general.
So u would go the implant route first in my case?

You then gotta consider if the wider zygos will be in harmony with your temples or your jaw width too.

Idk, could you check my photo from dm?

probably go the orbital decompression route but you still need infraorbital implants, just with no zygos extension.

Why exactly no zygos? My face is the classic oval, wont zygos give me a more diamond face?
