Ortho doing some weird shi

My ortho gave me class 3 elastics (she explained its for me to fix my canines relation) but I have an overbite and im worried that itll fuck up my lower third which is already short and recessed a bit, or could it benefit me since im 15 and i still have mandibular growth ahead of me, does it work in my favor or nah?

Don’t use class 3 elastics, it will fuck you up, trust me

I thought it just corrected your alignment? I’m pretty sure it will get rid of your overbite. If not, and you get fucked, there’s always pharmacology to help you out

She put me on class 2 now it was to correct the canine relations, now im fixing overbite the correct way
