Guys my ortho is gave a ortho elastics to me for class II bite (deep bite, overbite) 6,5 oz but he said use it js nights but i think using only in the nights not so effective so i want to use them all day what u think should i use them like it

Dont use goyslop elastics unless you want to prevent your maxilla from growing, just get a BSSO advancent

i think even braces are effecting my bite i was not seeing my lower teets now i can see the braces of my lower teets, why elastics not will effect if even braces effects

if youre not going to an expensive clinic most likely its going to be shit
thankfully when i was a kid my dad took me to an actually good ortho who gave me proper treatment and not the jewish bullshit most people get

bro im from turkey so our clinics are so developed like yk hair clinics, dentists, surgeries and my ortho is good i think so im trusting to him
