If you have a skeletal problem, you need the according osteotomy or implant.

Apart from that expanding your palate, if it worked in the first place, is a looksmin, e.g. broader nose and asymmetries.

What about long term palate expansion. I mean like 2 years and turning each 4-6 weeks and getting a rhinoplasty for the broder nose paired with acnetane to make it smaller. Would i still be at risk for major assymetries Or wouldn’t it be a noticeable difference?
