I'm 18 with a high arch, narrow v shaped palate which doesnt let my tongue fully fit. I have about £30k saved up and wondering what procedures are best? I was initially going towards MSE but saw that it can widen nose and there can be problems with the bottom palate so I'm wondering what's the best procedure that won't looksmin. Help a grey out
