Ortho help

I have a ortho appointment tomorrow I'm concerned about my overall facial structure and was wondering what my best possible actions are I have a recessed face primarily my chin, a slight overbite, narrow palate, big front teeth and my face appears long and narrow. I have some ideas but am not well enough educated.

I also have tjm clicking in the right side of my jaw and pretty bad asymmetry
