Ortho said by using marpe I expand my upper jaw but lower stays the same so that it would look bad

you can get a tooth-born expander like an RPE or Schwarz for the lower jaw and just expand the alveolar so the occlusion is OK, and probably gain a few mm of width + if your masseter muscles are low set you can easily train them

As long as you have a good occlusion, you can just get an implant if your jaw is actually narrow and the expansion of the maxilla causes you the balloon face

I mean MSE will improve your airways performance and quality of life, like better sleep, better mood because you'll sleep better and breath better + the astheatics are just a "side benefit"(or at least you are going to give him the idea that quality of life comes first and you are not doing it just for the face gain)
plus if you mesure the intermolar distance and it's less than 38mm you are concidered narrow, and if that's the case just say that you don't have good tongue posture and the tongue has sculoping because of the narrow pallet and you don't sleep as good, that sort of stuff
