well if you wanna actually ascend in your case you would need to hardmaxx. Maybe try to get longer lashes but don't use Minoxidil please
and also don't always trust orthos

your nose isn't the problem. your nasal structure is fine, it's just that you have an unideal long philtrum and you are slightly downgrown. That makes your nose look worse. a flaw regarding your nose tho is that the apex (tip of the nose) is upturned. your eyes are pretty round and don't have an ideal tilt, so maybe a canthoplasty. Also some infra implants for under the eye area. for your philtrum get a lip lift to shorten it and get a chin implant. If you do get a rhino, then i suggest you only change the tip of the nose (make it point more downwards) and try to get a straighter nose because when the tip is pulled downwards the shape of your nose will change and might look less straight than it now is. So basically, get full lips, shorten your philtrum, get a canthoplasty, you would also need mandibular augmentation to lengthen the ramus and genioplasty for a better chin, infra rim implants and if you really wanna ascend, then you can do a bimax and that would basically fix most of the things i said here. but do not take my word for it, you can do your own research on how these procedures work and what they actually change. there are a few good guides here on .org. and please be careful, especially with infraorbital implants and bimax. if you want to do these procedures then please find a qualified good surgeon and please be educated on the procedures.
