Ok guys i just came back from the appointment and holy im chopped max. So yeah its confirmed i have a bimaxillary protrusion so i need to extract 4 of me teeths to retract the protrusion teeths back and also extract 4 of my wisdom teeth. Thing is would this fuck me up or nah? And i gotta choose either DAMON or TRADITIONAL braces so which one mogs for more aesthetics results?

4 teeth extracted is gonna recess your maxilla. take it from someone who got 3 teeth removed.

DO NOT EXTRACT ANY TEETH MY NIGGA GO TO AN AIRWAY ORTHODONTIST WHO WILL EXPAND AND MAKE ROOM FOR THOSE TEETH

If you have to do it go with Damon braces. They’re supposed to be gentler and give better aesthetics with less extractions sometimes. But honestly ask for nonextraction options first if possible

yeah i did and still recessed. dunno what imma do. gonna try asking for skeletal anchorage, but i think im contract-bound and cant swap orthos.
