Ortho wants to give me hyrax at 19, should i go for it or look for marpe or mse.

For context I have a high arch narrow pallet yada yada mouthbreather whatever and the ortho says they only expand using hyrax and jackscrews at that hospital.

Hyrax is tooth borne so tf should i do? they also took my impressions and some pictures. Stuffed my mouth full of random objects it was an experience to say the least.

I heard them mention sarpe in the background so maybe i can convince for marpe
