Sorry I am sure there are some people here but your best bet is to consult with a plastic surgeon and asking them, it'll be a bit expensive but if you let them know your concerns I am sure they can offer real advice in which way you can proceed cause looking at your side its giga recessed (No offence) An experienced plastic surgeon will know more than anyone here, and there are plenty of threads to determine the best surgeons to consult, cheapest, most experience etc
