• Palate expansion
• CCW rotation
• Pulling maxilla forward

This can be achieved with

• Non-fixed palate expanders as all fixed appliances damage the face according to John Mew
• Some appliance that does CCW rotation
• Some appliance that returns maxilla to natural forward position

This should all be done very soon before the skull bones fuse

But we are young and broke and damaged by greedy orthodontists!

A non fixed palate expander works ? Thought it’s cope after like 15/16. Is it like a type of retainer you wear ?

CCW rotation can only occur surgically.

Face mask (may) help the maxilla but it’s unlikely to be a big difference.
