Orthodontic/maxillofacial advice needed

1.5-2 year difference in photos
In before someone says KYS ( i can afford and will go through with anything needed so please tell me what will benefit me aesthetically the most).
Hard to get exact same angle etc no lens distortion as the before photo on the left was done with something to hold my mouth open and professional camera.

Firstly would anyone think free insurance or private health insurance could cover any procedure needed for expansion?
Right now I have a 6 tooth smile and want 10+ how much would I have to expand roughly to get that?
Am I better off getting Marpe, sarpe or going straight to maxillary osteotomys?
I was told by another user It also **appears** your mandible is a bit set back so you **may** need a treatment with braces after expansion that focuses on mandibular repositioning. Despite not seeing my face.
Also idk why my bottom palate width looks so shit now

You need MARPE as first step. If you want to get a guaranteed split with surgical assist in istanbul you can schedule a consultation. If youre interested in "Free" "Insurance" or anywhere except Giant I don't have time.

I’d 100% be willing to come to you as I have only recently realised there’s not much here in Australia anyway since Coceancigs suspension was just asking for incase there is options.
When you say i need Marpe first would that be me needed Marpe beforehand if I wanted a 3 peice bimax?
