Orthodontic Procedure Advice

Hello,

I am currently 22 years old and have bad TMJ / Migraines and have been given the opportunity to get an orthodontic to assist with that, but I am also wondering what procedure would cosmetically assist me the most and what I should / shouldn't ask for.

At the current moment I have a slight overjet, and a slightly recessed lower jaw, I also have a high / narrow palate. It is currently looking like we would do a surgically assisted MARPE device for about a year for air way / other benefits.

If you have any advice please let me know!

consider a SARPE
also, u should invest on surgery after expansion, since it gives you both functional + cosmetic improvement
must def get a BSSO cause of your recessed lower jaw
