Orthodontic work for lower third height

I’m 14 about to turn 15 and I have a deep bite. I can fix it with orthodontics since my area has ones that do myo therapy and care about the airway. Will I get a better lower third, or will little change happen? I am not recessed, but since I’m a nig, my chin is tiny asf.
