My dentist told me that she wants to use invisalign with precision wings(because my mandible is slightly recessed)

She told me that i have an overjet so she wants to reposition my lower teeth and my upper teeth abit (as one or two teeth in specfic is more out than the others).

Will her moving my Upper teeth backward abit cause the appearance of a recesssed maxilla?

Moving a few upper/lower teeth slightly backward with Invisalign+ Precision wings will not cause recession in your maxilla. Precision wings are commonly used in younger patients to help guide the mandible forward, while also correcting an overjet. ( I'm guessing you're under 18 )

And a Herbst appliance can achieve a similar end result with more skeletal changes present. Both appliances are used for mandibular advancement. That said, Precision Wings with Invisalign will obviously correct dental alignment. A Herbst wont help you regarding dental alignment.
