Went from a 5 tooth underbite smile with teeth growing behind baby teeth at age 7 to a 10 tooth smile with a corrective overbite due to 7 years of orthodontics including 2 Marpe, forward pulling headgear, and 2 seperate treatments of braces. Now at 19 after getting into the whole space I have never been more greatful for my years of orthodontics. Used to look at it as a curse fr.

what changed with the mandible? any forward growth or gonial angle change?
