Herbst is the only Mandibular Appliance that works, everything else just makes you perma-jutt and doesnt really aid in Mandibular Projection (only in Teeth Aesthetics).

Gtfo off my thread there are appliances which can fix it by pushing your mandible foward which results in a more projected chin

if u dont have any malocclusions just get wraparound implants

Real same. Only things you could do is if you have an overbite use a Herbst appliance to project the jaw forward or if you have a narrow palate use an expander to make the whole jaw go down a little to make the ramus appear slightly longer and chin slightly longer
