Im currently doing Invisalign and rubber bands for my class 3 underbite. Ive been told though that the rubber bands just pull back the mandible, and not bring forward the upper jaw aswell. I was also told they make the face look longer
Should I stop wearing the elastics as a whole? What would I say to my ortho when they ask why I dont wear them? During my time wearing them i felt like they havent done anything as its more of a maxillary problem than a teeth. I believe I have maxillary hypoplasia.
