I'm 17 and I'm going to get MARPE. I'm also looking for something else that could help with facial symmetry and forward growth. Any recommendations? My maxillary recession isn't that bad btw but I'd like to improve it more (I'm getting marpe mainly for aesthetic reasons not because of any health issue

marpe WONT ascend you, it can help like expanding the cheekbones and then palete. Maybe just BIMAX smh

I think looksmaxing creators have fucked up my IQ I saw a video from one of them, Bwython, where he said that marpe is good for forward growth and My cheekbones are already pretty prominent genetically, so yeah I don't think marpe is necessarily the best option for me. Would something like headgear be a better option? What do you think

I’m not sure how head gear works, seems like lots of hassle but worth a try i guess. Marpe idk how good is it for forward growth as mechanisms don’t work in that direction. But look into it, maybe it can help
