Orthodontist denied my Marpe request (need alternatives)

Today I went for my last braces check in and I asked her if I could get a palate expander and she said and I quote:

“Don’t trust that looksmaxxing stuff online and that TikTok stuff”
“Your palate is perfectly normal If we were to give you an expander it would ruin your back bite and make your back teeth arch”

I trust her but I need alternatives or do I just go to another orthodontist to fix my narrow ass lower third

nr 1 sue her after get cbct scan if ur maxilla is actually recessed and palate is narrow then marpee or sarpe depends on the case
