Orthodontist is advising me for extractions

I have heard about the possible risks of extractions, how it can retrude your face and cause sleep apnea and other problems. She is saying we remove 4 pre molars. I have prothagism so i believe thats shes trying to move my bite back slightly and “align the jaws”. I have 0 crowding, i have never had crowding and before i was rejected by the nhs i was never considered for extractions. I believe ive seen on the report i have a skeletal class 3 lol. Shes also gonna make me wear a shit ton of elastics

yeah im genuinely going to ask another orthodontist because i asked her will this not give me sleep apnea? But she said it may give you but it will align the bite, like she specifically told me she is going to retrude my lower maxilla to “make space” What fucking orthodontist school did she go to?
