Had a consult with an ortho I was referred to by my sleep doc. Had my X-rays and the lady literally said "wow you have a tiny airway" (ropefuel if not for what comes next 
). Ortho was based, told me he had MMA several years prior, he showed me his before/afters and he had a major ascension
AND THE BEST PART. he said I won't need braces before surgery, and only Invisalign afterwards
going to schedule another appointment to put buttons on my teeth (for the Invisalign). they also didn't shill their bullshit surgeon to me, just said they had like 3 or 4 recommendations but I could do as many consults as I wanted and to choose who I wanted.
