Orthodontist won’t give me MSE

I asked my orthodontist for MSE and he said I didn’t need it and that they don’t do MARPE because they don’t know where it’s gonna break and don’t want to cause asymmetries. Well my palate is clearly narrow, I can’t fit my entire tongue on it, and of course I have trouble breathing. What should I do? Find another orthodontist? I’m 17, my mom pays for my braces and I feel like I’m not in control. If anybody knows how I can get MSE then lmk asap please.

Find another ortho, find one that specializes in airway specifically, go ask gpt for places near you for it. Appointment might cost $100 tho.
