Orthodontists GTFI, I need help!!

Btw no pics, but I will describe my situation perfectly

Here it goes

My back molars would not touch. Whenever I tried biting down my bottom front teeth would touch the back of my front teeth first, not allowing my molars to touch. So, I managed to make them touch from mewing (since it hypertrophied certain jaw and neck muscles)

However, afterwards, when they touch, obviously my front teeth don't touch anymore, but it's as if my lower jaw moves back to allow my molars to touch, and it gives me somewhat of an overbite.

Also, it doen't feel very natural and can make my masseters feel quite sore.

So, this leads me to believe my top teeth are what's recessed. However, how can I make my top teeth move foward?

I never grew wisdom teeth and have always had 28 teeth (I don't even have room to grow more). I still have a somewhat wide palate (I have a wide smile at least).

So what is wrong, do I have a recessed maxilla? I am very slightly dogmaxxed, like a bimax gone too far where the lips, chin, and mandable protrude, looking like a Gorrillaz character.

Any ideas would help, thanks

mewing doesnt hypertrophied nothing. I dont know where tf you toke that from. What you have is a deep bite.
