Orthognathic Surgery

My orthodontist gave me two options, to just get some teeth removed and then braces to fix the overbite or get a jaw surgery where they will break the jaw and make incisions on the mandible to make it longer since it’s recessed. I chose the surgery option as I don’t like my recessed chin and have time to make my final decision.
Any opinions?

I got double jaw surgery + genio for free 4 years ago i was really scared but it change my Life can be game breaker if ur ugly who is probaly the case if u need that

Me too buddy. But it’s my biggest falo & mandible is law. I think BSSO is the way

Just get the plan beforehand, and make sure its as blackpilled as possible lol. u dont want to get cooked for life

I’m getting it for free too, how did it impact your face and how much did it ascend you?

Cant really say as i was really fat before the surgery but it definitly ascend me hard Like i go from Bullied to get a lot of compliment from girls and get some girls and i think without it i would be a sub5 even with fat loss

Never remove teeth if they are adult then you need implants or some shit
