For anyone who is knowledgeable on this matter, I was wondering if I would benefit cosmetically from jaw surgery if I have a recessed mandible, but don’t have any issues with my bite. In addition to that, would I still need to wear braces or Invisalign prior to surgery if I didn’t have a bite issue?
