orthopedic surgery needed?

are my teeth messed up? when my face is relaxed i think my lower third and side profile looks okay, but u can see when i smile it looks messed up from the side

what surgery/softmaxx is needed to fix it or am i overthinking it and it’s all in my head?

i feel like overall i look alright, but i can’t stand my teeth. going to my dentist soon, should i set up an orthodontist appointment? maybe something less invasive like braces or invisalign will help

look at bottom teeth and my bite, when i bite down im pretty sure i have a slight crossbite. also bottom teeth are crooked

the bottom teeth, look at the left side, third tooth down from the top, its rotated. look at its counterpart on the other side, its straight

two teeth down, its turned sideways

now on the right side, five teeth down that tooth is turned as well

with the front teeth on the bottom their all super croweded

Just do braces. Your teeth don’t look bad. I wouldn’t get surgery on my jaw unless medically necessary.
