Not only that tbh. There are probably 10 more things. One of them is actively persuading you and manipulating you into not getting a jaw surgery and that kind of indirectly kills you, as sleep apnea and other complications of recessed jaw take off like 10 years of your life span.

I had a similar experience where I was denied service to fix my issue unless I took down a review after I had some cavities filled (i couldnt chew properly for 2 weeks)
