They said i dont need it, i dont have any breathing problems i was super mad but i think i dont need anyway. My palate is U shaped which is most important and i shouldn’t get this for cosmetic only

Upper arch should be in the same position as the lowers, if u expand too much u can have a lot of bite problems

then expand the bottom dentally i think the max is around 4 mms but depends and expand the upper palate non dentally 4 mm
