i’m 16 and i have like little to no acne, but sometimes i get like a big one in my face. which is the case here, i have this cream at home and jus used it. It says anti aging and shit is it actually gud?

i can’t buy tret for shit as i don’t have prescriptions and it can’t be delivered at home or my parentes will see it. i already use everything in the list except for the tret

it's not bad but its incredibly overpriced far beyond the point of being worth it

can you buy adapalene (Differin gel) instead? its available over the counter in the United States as far as I'm aware

i’ll try but this gel is good then? does it have any anti aging benefits?

not as much research on it for anti ageing as tret - going off anecdotes and personal experience, it seems likely as good/almost as good as tret for dealing with acne, but tret is probably better for anti ageing

that said I've been using it for over two years and it MASSIVELY improved my skin texture, dealt with fine lines on my forehead etc. one of the best decisions I've ever made but I say that as someone that used to suffer from mild-moderate acne
