that’s the thing, he does not say any of those things!! he says he only thumbpulls to release the fascia in the palate, (as part of his fascia release technique). although I doubt his cranial structure changed, he was able to move his teeth to give him a wider smile, which he credited to HARD MEWING, not thumbpulling.

if u look at his course thumbpulling and zygopulling is just apart of fascia release and allegedly loosen the sutures, the expansion of his palate (which I doubt he expanded) was from hard mewing. he was able to move his teeth around which was also from hard mewing.
