Osgood-Schlatter disease

I just went to some doctor and he told me I have OSD and was wondering if it meant that my growth plates will be closing soon. While I know it means that I’m currently in a growth spurt, I don’t know if it means if I’ll stop growing any time soon(im 5,10 at 14) and, would rather not be stuck at this height
